Remote Growth & Client Acquisition Specialist

Location: 100% Remote — Global

Schedule: Monday–Friday, U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Pay: $12/hour base + uncapped commissions

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and confident person to join our international growth team and help bring in new clients and business opportunities.

You’ll be communicating with potential clients, following up with leads, managing the sales pipeline, and helping turn interested prospects into customers.

Responsibilities

- Find and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and video outreach.

- Respond quickly to incoming leads and answer their questions.

- Follow up with people who have shown interest but haven’t moved forward.

- Keep track of leads, conversations, and deal stages in the CRM.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

- Work with the sales team to improve outreach and conversion.

- Take part in daily team meetings and share ideas when needed.

Requirements

- Good written and spoken English.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport with people.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Comfortable learning and using CRM and communication tools.

- Reliable internet connection.

- A quiet, distraction-free workspace.

- Able to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
